15 Day Return Warranty

We take pride in our product quality and perform strict quality control. In order to provide you with maximum peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive 15 Day Return Warranty. Defective merchandise is subject to refund within 15 days after receipt of the product. Defects include, but are not limited to, stains, zipper malfunction, rips or tears, very poor-quality material, obvious color difference, and a major difference between the photographed product and the actual product you receive.

Return Process 

If you have any problems after receiving your item, please email our customer service team at contact us.

To guarantee a fast and smooth return process:

Please tell us your order number, describe the problem with the product and provide us with a picture(s) showing the issue.

Once we have received your email, we will reply to you within 24 hours

Please do not return your product to the address on the package you received. The return address that will be provided by our customer service is valid only! Any return or exchange will be processed once it has been received by our customer service center.

Returned items must be posted with a valid tracking number. Please email us to let us know what it is once you have sent the item.

You are guaranteed a refund once we have received your returned item.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. If you wish to exchange a garment, please place a new order to receive the item of your choice. We will refund you once we have received your original item.

Return Policy

You may return items within 15 days after receipt of the product. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. Simply email us and describe the problem, or the reason for return, plus photos of any issue. Please also include your order number in your email.

A returned product must be in the same condition as it was when you received it. It must not have been worn outside or washed and the label should be attached.

We are responsible, or partially responsible, for the following defects providing the item is returned within 15 days: stains, zipper malfunction, rips or tears, poor quality material, obvious color difference, and a major difference between the photographed product and the product that you received. If we are not able to reach an agreement regarding what constitutes a difference in garment or color, we will defer to PayPal.

We are not responsible for garments that do not fit, or that you do not like or have changed your mind about. You may return them but at your own cost.

We will authorize the return once we have received your request and information. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

No exchange or return on promotional items.

What currencies can I pay in?

We are only able to accept US Dollars at the moment. We plan on accepting more currencies in the future.

Will I have to pay any sales tax?

Tax is charged by customs offices in countries based on their rules and policies. The customer is responsible for finding out the situation in their country. It is unlikely you will need to pay taxes or customs but, if any should occur, these charges must be paid by the customer. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should you refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, ArchedRoses cannot declare purchased items as a gift or state an amount that is lower than the actual product price.

Why am I being asked to "verify" my payment?

Because your order has been held for a standard anti-fraud check by ArchedRoses. We do our best to avoid fraudulent and unauthorized payments to protect both us and you.

Order Refunded

The order should be refunded to us at first. For Paypal payment, please allow 7-9 working days for the transaction to be completed on your account.
